Fixture Focus - Spurs (9 Nov 2008)

Manchester City FC vs Tottenham Hotspur

Both Spurs and Manchester City have scored well in their respective UEFA Cup fixtures on Thursday. With this high form, they will meet each other in the City of Manchester Stadium.

After wins by Newcastle United and Bolton Wanderers, Spurs are now rock bottom again.
For now, Manchester City is a stone - either a stepping stone or a weighing stone - for us in the league table.

Spurs would have to watch out for the wonder boy Robinho, who had terrorised City's opponents in the past few games, but with Pavlyuchenko rested and Bent on a high, the Spurs strike team could make City run for their money, even if it is an away game.

So let us sit down and enjoy the game. And look forward to Harry Potter/Houdini/Redknapp having more tricks up his sleeves.

COYS!!!!!
