Fixture Focus - Spurs (15 November 2008)

 Fulham vs Spurs

In all 3 visits to Craven Cottage (for both league and cup ties) in 2007, Spurs have only won once and drew twice.  So what can be expected in 2008?

This season's Fulham includes a potent striker, Andy Johnson, in their lineup.  Together with ex-Spurs Bobby Zamora, and midfield maestro Jimmy Bullard, these 3 players will be depended upon to break up the wonderful momemtum of high-flying Spurs.

Everyone would have noticed the resurgent Spurs in the past few weeks, who have been nothing short of spectacular.  Goals seem to have come freely from all our strikers.  An interesting pattern has emerged which is worth mentioning.  In Redknapp's first 6 games in charge, Spurs have scored 2 (Bolton), 4 (Arsenal), 2 (Liverpool), 4 (Dinamo Zagreb), 2 (Man City), and 4 (Liverpool) goals respectively.  So if this pattern continues, Spurs have to keep Fulham to 1 goal or less to ensure the 3 points.

COYS!!!
