Midweek Review - 13 April 2016

West Ham United vs Manchester United

For 70 minutes, we are heading for a draw. But for some unknown reason, we just collapsed and let in 3 goals within the next 6 minutes. 2 clueless substitution from LVG is beyond us. Ashley Young as a striker? Timothy Fosh-Mensah was a giant among all the Man Utd defenders, he did superbly against Spurs attack, making 2 goal-line clearance. Too bad, his efforts have gone to naught. And the moment he was taken off, the goals came. A rather clear indication that Timothy Fosh-Mensah and Marcus Rashford didnt listen to LVG's instructions.

We will head to Upton Park for the FA Cup replay. A wrong time to play against West Ham as Andy Carroll scored a hat-trick against Arsenal over the weekend. And they are also chasing for European spot next season, be it in the European Cup or Europa League. I am predicting one of these clubs will not have European campaign next season, West Ham, Manchester City or Manchester United. I hope the answer is obvious.

The match is a level handicap game. No punt on this. Hope West Ham can end LVG's tenure this season.
