Tottenham Hotspur vs Aston Villa
What a roller-coaster week we had, first our victory at Old Trafford, Manchester after 23 years, followed by a hapless draw in Olympic Stadium, Athens. Now back at the Lane, we will be facing Aston Villa on a Sunday fixture.
Spurs will be going into this one with most of the players from the Manchester United and Panathinaikos games, which means player exhaustion will be a concern. Good news for our striking front as Adebayor is back from injury, though he will likely be on the bench. Friedel will resume his goalkeeping duties from Lloris.
The Villans are seeking their first away win, and Lambert so far has no troubling injury concerns, though defender Dunne may still be out. Bent may be reclaiming his first-team spot to face his old club.
After a stuttering start, we are beginning to find our winning ways back in the EPL. COYS!!!!!
