4 games left, 4 points behind Chelsea. It was a game that Man Utd needed to win to close the gap but of all stages, Man Utd stumbled at the final round.If Chelsea win Tottenham on Sunday, and Man Utd lose to Man City, Chelsea is virtually champions already.
Since Ronaldo left last season, Rooney step up to carry the baton and because of this, every one in the team is dependant on him. They relied on him so much that he is the only strike force in the team. Berbatov, Owen, Macheda and Diouf seem rather redundant. I wonder the transfer of Mexican striker, Javier Hernandez, is a replacement for Michael Owen.
This coming derby game is a must win in order to close the gap and hope Chelsea lose. We request Tottenham for a big favour as what they did to Arsenal. That is a big ask, as they are playing their 3rd game in a week.
Man City Team News: Adam Johnson, Wayne Bridge, Joleon Lescott, Stephen Ireland and Martin Petrov are out.
